At the very end of the asphalt road, by the last house, a footpath goes down to the stream and crosses to the left bank near an old watermill in ruin. The stream is dry in winter but could be difficult to cross in spring. A wooden bridge, some 100m downstream, is there if necessary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #38532b;\">From the watermill, a steep narrow path winds its way up \u2018\u2019al-Chalouq\u2019\u2019, a forest of relatively old iron oak trees in a wild environment of rocks and depressions until one reaches the foot of a rugged crest. A small climb among pointed rocks to reach Qornet al-Q\u00e2mou\u2019, 1655m, a geodesic point of the army. Good view over the narrow \u2018\u2019Wata\u2019\u2019 plateau below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #38532b;\">Following the ridges North is sheer adventure among a chaos of pointed rocks until one reaches a breach in the crest. This is also attainable if one follows the foot of the crest.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"left\" valign=\"top\"><span class=\"Points\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ehmej-eco.org\/Media\/Body\/TheTrails\/Trail6\/Point-B.jpg\" alt=\"Point B\" width=\"145\" height=\"45\" \/><\/span><\/td>\n<td><\/td>\n<td align=\"left\" valign=\"top\">\n<p style=\"color: #38532b;\">From that breach, more adventure to follow downhill the very tiny and bushy trail until the \u2018\u2019Wata\u2019\u2019, 1500m, crossing its width near a \u2018\u2019qabou\u2019\u2019, that is a small arched shelter, to start the ascent towards the Tillaj peak, 1900m, via the \u2018\u2019Bou-Hm\u00e2r\u2019\u2019 area, meaning \u2018\u2019the donkey\u2019s guy\u2019\u2019. More rocks and steep slopes until Tillaj, a majestic monolithic summit surrounded by a maze of pits and faults where snow remains until late in summer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #38532b;\">It is a real reward to get there after no less than 3.5 hours of hardship.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"left\" valign=\"top\"><span class=\"Points\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ehmej-eco.org\/Media\/Body\/TheTrails\/Trail6\/Point-C.jpg\" alt=\"Point C\" width=\"145\" height=\"45\" \/><\/span><\/td>\n<td><\/td>\n<td align=\"left\" valign=\"top\">\n<p style=\"color: #38532b;\">The way down is no less steep to \u2018\u2019Wardiyat\u2019\u2019 and its apple orchards. An agricultural asphalted road towards \u2018\u2019Wata\u2019\u2019 for a short distance and a 10-minute uphill to an obvious pass to the right and one is ready to the final descent. This is really enjoyable though at the end of a long day. The \u2018\u2019Azr\u2019\u2019 forest is one of the nicest attractions. It ends up at \u2018\u2019AinNassouh\u2019\u2019, crossroads to many Ehmej trails.
